Subject of the service

SOS Rappel Airbag Takata offers an administrative assistance service: checking a vehicle's eligibility for the Takata airbag recall, preparing the compliance file and booking the at-home intervention carried out by General Motors.

The airbag repair by General Motors is 100% free. We do not sell the repair: our fees only cover our handling and organisation service.

Price

The service is charged at 79 € TTC, payable online at the time of the request via our secure payment provider Stripe.

Eligibility guarantee (zero risk)

If, after verification with General Motors, your vehicle is ultimately not eligible for the recall, you are fully refunded the amount paid.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. By requesting immediate performance of the service, you agree that it begins before the end of this period; you nevertheless retain the refund guarantee in the event of non-eligibility described above.

Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information and certifies that they have the right to act for the handling of the vehicle concerned.

Complaints and disputes

For any complaint: contact@[domaine-a-completer].fr. Failing an amicable solution, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. These terms are governed by French law.
