Data collected

As part of your handling request, we collect: last name, first name, email, phone, vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN / chassis number), postal address and a copy of the registration document.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to process your request: checking the vehicle's eligibility, preparing the compliance file and organising the intervention appointment with General Motors. The legal basis is the performance of the service contract and your explicit consent.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to our team and shared, strictly as necessary, with General Motors and its authorised network to organise the intervention. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe. No data is resold to third parties.

Retention period

The copy of the registration document and the documents of unfinished (unpaid) requests are deleted within 30 days. Processed files are kept as long as necessary for follow-up and our legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Security

Documents are stored securely in a private space, not publicly accessible, and access is restricted to authorised persons.

Cookies and audience measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic (number of visitors, pages viewed, traffic sources). This cookie is only set after your explicit consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit.
